JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 12-11-2025 (N.Sailo, J) Office note dated 10.11.2025 indicates that the AD card has been received from the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, and therefore, notice is deemed to be completed. We have perused the AD card received back from the respondents and find that the notices have been duly acknowledged by the addressees by appending their respective signatures. Considering the same, notice is accepted to be completed upon the respondents. Heard Mr. Sentiyanger, learned Special PP, NIA who submits that the instant application has been filed seeking condonation of 56 days in filing the connected criminal appeal against the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, NIA, Dimapur granting bail to the respondents in connection with RC- 15/2019/NIA/GUW. Referring to the statements made in the application, the learned Special PP submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the delay has occasioned for filing the connected appeal and that the same is not due to any malafide or other reasons, except bonafide. He submits that under the circumstances, the delay may be condoned.
Page No.# 3/3 Upon hearing the learned counsel and upon perusing the application, we are of the view that a case has been made out for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 56 days in filing the connected appeal stands condoned. The IA stands disposed of as allowed.
