ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus a Declare the actions of the office of the Respondents and more particularly the Respondent No 4 in interfering in the day to day affairs and management of the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Industries Allagadda situated at Survey No 113/2 Kota Kandukuru Mandal Allagada Kurnool District AP by assisting the Respondent No.5 to shift the Plant Machinery/Equipment/Material etc of the Industry to adjacent site as without jurisdiction illegal arbitrary and contrary to established principles of law and b Consequently to Direct the Respondent No.1 to 4 to not interfere in the day to day affairs and management of the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Industries Allagadda without following the procedure established under law”

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the unofficial respondent would submit that the relief has become infructuous.

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent is purely civil in nature and the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondent.
5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
