Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being troubled by the 4th respondent and is interfering in his personal life and liberty at behest of 6th respondent. It is submitted that the 4th respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the 6th respondent. 3. Considering the same, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 6th respondent, without following due process of law. 4.
