The instant petition has been preferred to direct the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi to proceed with and decide the Case No. 5727 of 2017 (State Versus Shubham Agrahari and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 244 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi, within stipulated period of time. 3. After hearing the arguments raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and by bare perusal of records, it is crystal clearly shows that the petitioner is an accused and the accused has no right for seeking expeditious disposal of the trial. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, the instant petition stands dismissed.
