Applicant versus 1 - State of Chhattisgarh Through Sho Dongargaon, District- Rajnandgaon (C.G.) ... Respondent(s) For Applicant : Shri Shikhar Bhaktiyar, Advocate. For Respondent : Shri Vinay Pandey, Dy. Advocate General. Hon’ble Shri Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal, J Order on Board 12.06.2025 1. This is second bail application seeking grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 18.02.2024 in connection with Crime No.188/2023 registered at Police Station Dongargarh for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. 2. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.06.2024 in MCRC No.3380 of 2024 reserving liberty to repeat the bail application after examination of material witnesses. 3. Learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that till date no any witnesses have been examined before the trial court, the applicant is in jail since 18.02.2024 and therefore this second bail application may be 2 allowed and the applicant may be enlarged on bail as trial will take some time. 4. On the other hand the counsel for the State opposes the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, considering the nature of allegations and material collected during investigation further the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to repeat the same after examination of witnesses however no witnesses have been examined till date, therefore, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstances to release the applicant on bail. 6. Accordingly, the second bail application also stands dismissed. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Judge inder
