Heard Sri A.K. Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Aishwarya, learned Junior Standing Counsel, appeared for respondents 2 to 4. 2. The petitioner made an application to release the power supply to the bore well on his agricultural land. The petitioner also deposited an amount of Rs.18,975/-. The authorities fixed the electricity m€;ter. However, the power supply has not been released. 3. Ms. Iswarya, learned Junior Standing instructions of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Operation::APE PDCL, Rangampeta vide Lr.No.AEE/OS/RGP/F.No./D.No.317/25, dated 08.07.2025. The operative portion of the said instructions reads as follows: Ok ounsel submitted the 4. “1. In this regard, it is submitted that, the appellant’s service falls under the YSR Jala Kala Scheme. The service works were initially paused due to the enforcement of election code orders by the government, after partial completion of the work. 2. Later on, the works were getting delayed due to unavailability of required material. The same was intimated to out higher authorities. We can complete the work in duration of approximately 3 to 4 months once the material is available in our departmental stores.” Thus, as seen from the pleadings made in the affidavit and the instructions submitted by the Junior Standing Counsel, there is no dispute regarding the installation of the electricity meter at the bore well of the petitioner’s agricultural land and the petitioner’s making payment. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to release power supply to the 6. 4 petitioner’s Agricultural Land situated at Sy.No.3l31 of Doddigunta Village, Rangampeta Mandal, East Godavari District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (02) months.
