Though the affidavit has been filed by the Additional Deputy Com Mahinder missioner Mr. Mahinder Pal Gujjar, but we find that the affidavit is bereft of any remorse or apology despite the fact that we have noticed the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted vide order dated 18.03.2026. Learned Advocate General prays for time to file the fresh affidavit. Keeping in view the above, we expect that the said officer shall also come present on the next date of hearing.
