Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting? 1 For the Petitioner: Mr. Parveen Chandel, Advocate. For the Respondents: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, with Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral):
Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file representation to the competent authority for his transfer to convenient station, indicating therein vacant stations, where petitioner can be posted. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, in the event of receipt of such representation, would ensure that petitioner is adjusted at convenient station, in terms of the Transfer Policy, which certainly enables an employee to seek transfer on the ground of couple case. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (Sandeep Sharma), Judge August 28, 2025 (Rajeev Raturi) 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
