(Oral) Pursuant to order dated 6.3.2025, respondents have come present. They state that in terms of compromise alleged to have been flouted, they shall come forward to make the statement in the competent court of law, thereby giving their no objection for cancellation of the FIR lodged against the petitioner. They further state that in case they fail to come present in the proceedings initiated at the behest of the petitioner for quashing of the FIR, they besides rendering themselves liable for penal consequences would also invite contempt proceedings. Their statements are taken on record. 2 2. Having taken note of the aforesaid statement made by the respondents present in the Court, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the court, fairly states that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and same may be disposed of. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate court of law if required and desired at appropriate stage.
