Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Tatanagar Rail P.S. Case No. 38/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 328 & 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur at Porhat, Chaibasa. 4. On 01.04.2024, two unknown persons drugged the informant while he was travelling by Tata- Thawe Express (Train No. 18181). The unknown persons took away about Rs. 2,700/- (rupees two thousand seven hundred only) from his pocket alongwith other articles. 5. It appears that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R. nor anything was recovered from their possession. 6. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no material against the petitioners on record. 7. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of both the bail applications after going through the Case Diary submitted that the petitioners were neither put on T.I. Parade nor anything was recovered from their possession. However, the petitioners have got criminal antecedent and the petitioners were found at the railway station in suspicious circumstance. 8. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available against the petitioners on record, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur at Porhat, Chaibasa in connection with Tatanagar Rail P.S.
