Neutral Citation No. ( 2022:HHC:16974 ) submits that the relief sought by the petitioners has already been granted to them and in this view of the matter, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

It is expected from the respondents that the actual benefits in terms of the decision taken by them shall be conferred upon the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today.
