The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following prayer :- “1. It is respectfully prayed the this Hon’ble High Court in exercise of its inherent powers u/s 482 of Cr.P.C., may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR bearing Crime No. 204/2021 of the Police Station Gudhiyari District Raipur (C.G.) for offence u/s 34, 418, 420 of the IPC because that is bad, illegal & untenable in the eyes of law, and the Petitioners may clear from the allegations and charges and the initiation of Criminal Proceedings emanating there from against the petitioners, in the interest of justice. 2. It is respectfully prayed that the this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass such an order as it deem fit may also be granted in favour of the Petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the present case charge-sheet has been submitted and charges have also been framed against the petitioners by the trial Court and the case is fixed for recording of evidence. 4. In view of the same, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the order framing charges.
