This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Forest Act in connection with C.C. Case No.461 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M. at Seraikella. 3. Admittedly, cognizance has been taken in this case and summons has been issued. 4.
