Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned Court of IInd Additional Chief Judicial (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar/concerned court to decide the Complaint Case no. 4584 of 2023, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Anwarganj, District Kanpur Nagar, within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 2023. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of IInd Additional Chief Judicial (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite the Complaint Case no. 4584 of 2023, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Anwarganj, District Kanpur Nagar, preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
