The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 132, 121 (2), 109(1) and 117 (3) of the BNSS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail however he fairly submits that now process under section 82 of Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner. 4. In view of above submission, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned court by way of filing appropriation petition for regular bail.
