I have also heard Ms. Bichano, appearing on behalf of Ms. Livika, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. This is an application seeking leave of this Court to amend the writ petition W.P.(C) 92(K)/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there has been some error with regard to the identification and address of the petitioner which needs to be corrected. There- fore, prays for amendment of the petition by inserting para- graph:- Page No.# 3/3 4(a) “That the petitioner is originally from the Ao tribe, and her name is Atula Longkumer. She is married to Vikiye Zhimomi of Viyito village, Nuiland. Upon her marriage, she was given the name Aholi Sema”. It is submitted that the above amendment if allowed would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents has no ob- jection to the proposed amendment of the writ petition. In view of the above, prayer for amendment is al- lowed for insertion of the new paragraph 4(a) as stated above. With the above, I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
