The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicant to correct the name of respondent no. 3 in the connected WP(C) No. 340 of 2025. It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that due to inadvertent mistake, the name of the respondent no. 3 has been wrongly typed and as such, the present application has been filed to correct such inadvertent mistake.
