The Written Instructions would indicate that the Official Respondents are disputing the claim made by the Writ Petitioner for an amount of Rs.4,28,024/-. It is the contention of the Official Respondents that they are due to pay the Petitioner only an amount of Rs.3,37,799/-. 5. Having noted the same, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner is willing to accept Rs.3,37,799/-as full and final settlement. 6.
