The controversy raised in this appeal stands adjudicated by this Court in Special Appeal No. 168 of 2024 (Archana Taliyan vs. State of U.P. and others) vide order of date. 3. For the reasons recorded therein, these appeals are also disposed of in terms of the order of date passed in Special Appeal No. 168 of 2024. It is, however, provided that claim of appellants/petitioners for their transfer would be accorded fresh consideration treating them spouses of employees of Central Government, provided they are entitled to such transfer on the strength of their merit.
