Solo, learned counsel for the appli- cants. I have also heard Ms. Bichano appearing, on behalf of Ms. Livika, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. This is an application seeking leave of this Court to amend the writ petition W.P.(C) 93(K)/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there has been some error with regard to the identification and address of the petitioner which needs to be corrected. There- fore, prays for amendment of the petition by inserting para- graph: 4(a) “That the petitioner is originally from the Ao tribe. She was married to Vikiye Zhi- momi of Viyito village, Nuiland. She separated from her husband in the year 1998. Her father’s name is Chubakumba, now deceased”. It is submitted that the above amendment if allowed, would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. Page No.# 4/4 The learned counsel for the respondents has no ob- jection to the proposed amendment of the writ petition. In view of the above, prayer for amendment is al- lowed for insertion of the new paragraph, 4(a) as stated above. With the above, I.A. stands allowed and disposed of. List the main writ petition W.P.(C) 94(K)/2018 along with W.P.(C) No.92(K)/2018 and W.P.(C) No.93(K)/2018 after 3(three) weeks. Sd/- JUDGE Comparing Assistant
