The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 5.12.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi, passed in Execution (Maintenance) Case No. 432 of 2023 arising out of an application under Section128 of Cr.P.C., whereby an application to stay the proceedings of execution has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
