The instant Interlocutory application has been filed praying for leave of this Court to amend the Cause-Title by impleading the respondent no. 5 in the connected Contempt Petition being COP(C)/11/2025. Page No.# 2/2 Seen the order dated 04.08.2025, passed by this Court, whereby, this Court had allowed the petitioner to implead Shri Sentiyanger Imchen IAS, The Chief Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Kohima as the respondent no. 5. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid prayer as sought for. In view of the aforesaid, this instant Interlocutory application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant/petitioner to file an amended Cause-Title in the connected Contempt Petition within a period of 2(two) weeks.
