For Petitioner : Mr.G.Mageshkumar For Respondents : Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.M.Habeeb Rahman, Government Advocate, for respondents 1 to 4 ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Prabhakar appears for respondents 1 to 4 and states that survey, in the presence of petitioner, was conducted in response to the representation received, and eight encroachments were found; two of which were removed forthwith. He states, as regards other six encroachments, notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 was issued to encroachers and thereafter, final notice dated 3 June 2025 under Section 6 of the said Act has also been issued, and 15 days' time granted to the encroachers to remove the encroachments. It is further undertaken by Mr.Prabhakar, on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, that by 30 June 2025, orders will be passed and action taken. 3.
