Angami, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) 116/2022 in respect of which this contempt petition has been filed has already been complied with by the State respondent and therefore, she prays for close this contempt petition. In support of her submission, she has placed on record the office order No. E-IN-C/Estt-9/WC-67/30 yrs & Above/Reg/2020 dated 25.02.2025 and whereby the service of the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f. 29.02.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not opposes the same. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General and in view of the compliance of the order, this contempt case stands closed.
