Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) After making his submissions for some time and when confronted with the fact that in terms of the Himachal Pradesh Lease Rules, 2013, there is alternative remedy available to the petitioner by way of a revision in terms of Clause 20 of the Rules, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to avail said alternative remedy. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
