The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 11.02.2025 giving rise to Case Crime (F.I.R.) No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 69, 333 B.N.S., Police Station- Thariyaon, District- Fatehpur. In the compromise affidavit filed by respondent no.3, she has stated that impugned FIR was lodged by her on the pressure and influence of her parents or false allegations. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that respondent no.3 has no objection in case impugned is quashed. In view of the above, impugned FIR dated 11.02.2025 is quashed.
