Heard Sri S. Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri 2. Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 3 to 6. Notice of respondent No.6 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed against the right and interest of respondent No.6. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the 3. absolute owner of land to an extent of Ac.0-17 cents in Sy.Nos.662-2A2 of Roddam Revenue Village and Mandal. Originally, the property belonged to the grandfather of the petitioner, and the petitioner succeeded to the property by way of inheritance. The revenue authorities updated the Record of Rights and issued Pattadar Passbooks. Form-IB and Adangal (Exs.P.3 and P.4), which reflect the name of the petitioner against the said extent. The writ petition was listed on 08.07.2025 and adjourned at the request 4. of the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the 5. respondents will follow due process. 4 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 3 to 5 not to interfere with the possession of the land to an extent of Ac.0-17 cents in Sy.Nos.662-2A2 of Roddam Revenue Village and Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, without following due process.
