A.G. Hon’ble Shri Arvind Kumar Verma Order on Board 24/06/2025 1. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. By way of present Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly call for records pertaining to case of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authority to decide the application 2 dated 24.12.2021 preferred by the petitioner at the earliest, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authority to provide the records of the case arising out of 24.12.2021, to petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner with cost.. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application was filed by the petitioner for eviction of private respondent from the rented premises on 24.12.2021 which is registered under Section 9 of C.G. Rent Control Act, 2011 before the Rent Controlling Authority but the same is pending since 2021. He further prayed for passing of a similar order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPC No. 2976 on 18.06.2025. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State/respondents raised no objection in passing the similar order passed on 18.06.2025 in WPC No. 2976 of 2025. 5. Given the statement made by the counsel for the State, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 1/Rent 3 Controlling Authority, Ambikapur, Sarguja to ensure that the application filed under Section 9 of the C.G. Rent Control Act, 2011 by the petitioner in respect of the eviction of private respondent from the rented premises, be decided within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6.
