:: ORDER:: Heard Sri Bhooma Maharshi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents 1 to 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5, Tahsildar is not considering the petitioner’s representations dated 21.05.2025, 13.07.2015, concerning the mutation of their names in revenue records in respect of land in survey No.1598/1A, 1585, 1547, 1592 and 1590 of Sarvepalli Bit-ll Village, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The writ petition was listed on 08.07.2025 and adjourned on the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for getting instructions. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that Mandal Revenue Officer/Tahsildar issued a notice dated 05.07.2025 calling upon the petitioner to attend the office on 15.07.2025 They would represent that no further
