Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been issued notices under Section 35(3) of BNSS/41-A of Cr.P.C. The petitioners are facing allegations under Section 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that the petitioners are also taking care of the children whom the 2nd respondent has left with the 1st petitioner and the 2nd respondent has filed the complaint after receipt of notice in HMOP filed by the 1st petitioner for divorce. 3. Be that as it may, the Station House Officer, Salur Town Police Station, shall take into consideration all the aspects while conducting investigation, strictly in accordance with Section 35(3) of BNSS/41-A of Cr.P.C., and file final report/charge sheet. 4.
