Against the order of transfer dated 07.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.4 namely Additional Superintendent of Police (Establishment) in the office of Deputy General of Police (Personnel) Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 2. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was transferred from Police Line, Sonebhadra to Police Line, Mainpuri on the post of Head Constable, Civil Police in Public interest. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is suffering from respiratory disorder and other related disease is feeling well by the ongoing treatment in BHU. The doctors have advised for regular treatment for speedy recovery due to which petitioner has not joined his transfer post. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner first of all to join his transferred post pursuant to order dated dated 07.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.4. If the petitioner is joined his transferred post within 10 days from today, he is permitted to submit his grievances against the order of transfer before the competent authority along-with proof of joining on the transferred post as well as certified copy of this order. In case such representation is made, the competent authority is directed to take a decision on the same, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks thereafter from the date of presentation of such representation before him.
