Having carefully perused aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, this Court finds that petitioner herein has been granted benefit of Inder Dutt’s judgment, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant procedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Needless to say, consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within three months from today.
