JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a. Pass an appropriate writ, direction or order to the IV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru City, to hear, record and dispose off the case in P.C.R.No.4392 of 2024 within 3 months, which is produced as ANNEXURE-“A”, AND / OR b. Pass such other Order/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the ends of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to pass appropriate orders on the ‘B’ report on the protest petition filed by the petitioner. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Trial Court, before whom PCR No.4392/2024 is pending, to consider and pass appropriate - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24322 WP No. 13142 of 2025 order on the ‘B’ Report on the protest petition filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
