ORDER: Heard Sri D.V. Sasidhar, learned Government Pleader for Endowments Standing Counsel appearing for the counsel for the petitioner, learned and Sri T. Venu Gopal, learned respondent No.3.
2. The petitioner is a successful bidder for Toilets/Washrooms at the specified respondent temple. The petitioner proceedings dated 10-03-2024 for lease/license conditions the petitioner shall maintenance of A, B, & C the schedule areas of 3 was accordingly awarded contract vide a period two years. Under the collect only prescribed charges from the pilgrims. The 3^" respondent however usage acting on the proceedings for cancellation of writ petition is filed challenging the instructions of the 2"'' respondent initiated the lease/license period. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 - Temple submits that the petitioner is not following the conditions of the tender document and has been collecting higher charges than that was supposed to be collected.

4. A perusal of the impugned proceedings would not reflect any such an allegations against the petitioner. Having regard to the submissions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner, if any violations have been committed by the petitioner in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the petitioner. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to discontinue the petitioner from operating lease hold rights in respect of subject areas specified in A. B & C Schedules. After conclusion of the proceedings, the respondent No.3 is at liberty, if proposed, to conduct fresh tendering.
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
