In the instant petition, the petitioners have alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 13.05.2013, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of judgment passed in SWP No. 2728/2010 vide order dated 06.10.2012, the operative portion of which is as under:- “Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in SWP No. 2728/2010 vide order dated 06.10.2012..” 2. Respondents have filed the statement of facts, wherein, it is stated that in compliance to the directions passed by this Court, the case of the petitioners were examined meticulously and after giving thoughtful consideration, the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioners in terms of order dated 16.12.2013. The respondents have placed on record copy of the consideration order dated 16.12.2013. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order/judgment passed by this Court has been complied with in its letter & spirit. Sr. No. 42 2 CPSW No. 325/20 13 in SWP No. 2855/2010 4. The contempt proceedings are, accordingly, closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the consideration order dated 16.12.2013, if he desires.
