None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. It is seen from the record that Crime No.160 of 2020 has been registered as a suspicious death under Section 174 Cr.P.C. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that in the light of the said crime, the police are calling the petitioner to the police station on a daily basis. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to follow due process of law while calling the petitioner to the police station in relation to the investigation of Crime No.160 of 2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
