The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 1.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No.50 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) & 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 13 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Bill, 2024 at Police Station- Ecotech - III, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 4. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had produced fabricated Freedom Fighter Certificate for the purpose of obtaining job. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he had supplied the certificate issued by Jan Sewa Kendra and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned AGA have vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Investigation in this regard is already being conducted by the Investigating Officer. 6. For the reasons given in the order dated 10.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra and another vs. State of UP and others), this writ petition is disposed of directing that till the congnizence is taken on the police report under Section 193(3)B.N.S.S. by the Court below, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioner pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, subject to his cooperation in the ongoing investigation.
