Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 17.1.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 352, 308(5) of BNS and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Gha) and Section 3(2) (V) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Kasimabad, District Ghazipur. 3. After arguing the matter extensively, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.
