ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in acting upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 27-10-2020 against respondent No.4 and 5 in conducting preliminary enquiry, registering a crime and investing or refused the complaint is as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on him and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 act upon the compliant, dated 27-10-2020 lodged by the petitioner and pass……”
2. Sri G.Kondala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the instructions from the party, they wanted to withdraw this Writ Petition.
