JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH 27.10.2025 The present application has been filed with a prayer for condoning the delay of 108 days in filing the connected Review Petition. At the outset, Mr. H. Ishwarlal, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Erika H., learned counsel, appearing for the LRs of the deceased respondent, submitted that he has no objection and the present condonation application may be allowed subject to payment of costs in favour of the High Court Bar Association, Manipur. Mr. A. Sunilkumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, submitted that the present condondation application may be allowed subject to payment of costs and the connected review petition be heard on merit. Accordingly, the present condondation application is hereby allowed subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) to be paid by the applicants in favour of the High Court Bar Association, Manipur.
