Sumalatha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Bathala Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, pursuant to filing of the present Writ Petition, the respondents have paid the amount to the petitioner, hence no orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. In view of the said reason, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
