Angami, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Ms. V. Suokhrie, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State respondent No. 2. This is an application under Section 12 and 13 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order dated 08.04.2024 passed in W.P(C) No. 356/2021. Ms. V. Suokhrie, learned Additional Advocate General, has submitted that an order was issued by the Home Commissioner directing her to represent respondent No. 2. Further, she submitted that, pursuant to this Court’s order, the petitioner has already been appointed yesterday in the post of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). Mr. L. Likhase Sangtam, learned counsel for the petitioner, also submitted in this regard that he has already received instructions in regard to appointment of the petitioner.
