The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 30/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 346/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 61(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 66B, 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 29.03.2025, Ramgarh (Dumka) Police, apprehended co- accused Anshu Kumar Mandal and recovered mobile phones and other e- gadgets from his possession. It is alleged that co-accused Anshu Kumar Mandal confessed that he was involved in cybercrime with this petitioner and other associates. 4. It was submitted that apart from confession of co-accused, there is no material available against this petitioner on record. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 30/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 346/2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
