Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran in complaint under section 19(a) of the Fertilizer (Control), Order, 1985 read with section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1988, qua the petitioners, in the interest of Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already been acquitted vide order dated 25.03.2025 by the trial Court, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
