The petitioner - defendant is before this Court calling in question an order dated 06.03.2024 passed on I.A.No.3, rejecting the application filed by the petitioner seeking the plaintiff to place on record a document - the LLP agreement dated 30.10.2010.
2. Heard Shri K.N. Phanindra, learned Senior counsel for Smt. Vaishali Hegde, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Atul M., learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Senior counsel would submit that the concerned Court, ought to have allowed the application as for a reference to the arbitrator, as the document that was sought for, was imperative.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that the original LLP agreement dated 30.10.2010 that is in his possession will be placed before the Court on the next date of hearing, which is said to be on 31.07.2025.
5. In the light of the said undertaking, the learned Senior counsel submits that this Court need not delve deep into the matter. For the aforesaid reasons, as a matter of form, the
order dated 06.03.2024 stands quashed. The undertaking of the plaintiff is placed on record. He shall produce the aforesaid document in the aforesaid manner on the next date of hearing i.e., 31.07.2025.
Ordered accordingly.
