It is submitted that at behest of 7th respondent, the 4th respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to handover the possession to the 7th respondent. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. 3. Considering the submissions, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 7th respondent, without following due process of law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. No costs. 5.
