JUDGMENT:- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
The 1st respondent filed a petition under Section 75 of E.S.I Act, seeking a declaration that the letters dated 27.12.1999 and 04.01.2000 demanding ESI Contributions to a tune of Rs. 2,995/- from 10/96 to 12/96 are illegal, invalid and to set aside the same. The said E.S.I.No.2 of 2000 on the file of learned Labour Court, Guntur was allowed. Challenging the same, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed.
2. No representation on either side.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
