2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Rajauddin Alam , apprehending arrest in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 608/2025 registered u/s 115(2)/324(4)/304(2) BNS.
3. FIR dated 21.07.2025 reveals that the petitioner along with his companions went to the parlour of the informant and beat him up, broke the articles inside the parlour, took the keys of the parlour and snatched his wallet and that he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
4. Case diary as called for is received.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, investigation is completed resulting in a charge-sheet No. 706/2025 dated 29.12.2025
6. In view of completion of investigation, interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 04.09.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioner shall be available for the trial; (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence.
7. This disposes off the anticipatory bail application.
