X It is submitted that earlier this petitioner has filed W.P.No.7671 of 2023 wherein similar attempts were made by the respondent to convert Ac. 1.00 cents of land into burial ground. The Panchayat Secretary of the respondent No.6 filed a counter affidavit in the writ petition stating that respondent No.4 has handed over Ac.1.00 cents of land in Sy.No.110 and that the respondent No.6 is not interfering with the land claimed by the petitioner. 2. The learned Judge of this court had disposed of the writ petition by leaving it open for the petitioner to approach this court in case of any future difficulty. 3. It is submitted that the petitioners have submitted their representation dated 18.06.2025 to respondent No.3. 4.
