1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 30.9.2022 and
19.5.2023.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"10.1 Call for the entire records leading to issuance of the impugned communication and impugned orders Annexure P-1 for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court 10.2 Issue appropriate writ(s)/direction(s)/order(s) quashing the impugned orders dated 19.05.2023 and 30.09.2022 Annexure P-1, qua the petitioner. 10.3 Pass appropriate orders, in favour of the petitioner, so far as the cost of the litigation and other miscellaneous expenses are concerned. 10.4 Grant any such other relief in favour of petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of Justice.."

3. Vide order dated 23.6.2023, order of status quo was granted to the petitioner by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such the orders transferring the petitioner, by the afflux of time, have lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 30.9.2022 and 19.5.2023 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge are hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
